HOW I WORK AS A PSYCHOLOGIST

We do not guess, rely on intuition, or design interventions from opinion. As a psychologist, I operate on a clear, process-oriented medical model. Our foundation is a rigorous diagnostic approach to organisational well-being:

Diagnose: I gather comprehensive data through organisational diagnostics, in-depth interviews, surveys, and behavioural indicators.

Analyse: I apply advanced psychological science, organisational theory, and statistical reasoning to reveal deep-seated patterns, risks, and strategic leverage points.

Treat: I design and implement targeted interventions, which may include: Leadership Development, Team Functioning, Role Clarity, Conflict Systems, Organisational Structure, Performance and Decision Processes, and Mental Health Integration.

This ensures System 2 not intuition is at the core of every recommendation, providing a robust, rational foundation for all we do.

WHY INTUITION IS NOT ENOUGH

We utilize Kahneman’s insights to design fair systems, prevent bias, reduce conflict, improve leadership judgment, and protect mental health.

We do not try to make people more rational; we build systems that protect people from their own minds.
