Terms & Conditions

Membership fees are largely based on the size of the Company. The prices displayed online are estimates only and do not include the additional cost for the
presences of Unions and/or HR Departments. To request a final confirmation of cost please complete your details below.

All prices exclude VAT.
A once-off administration fee (equivalent to your monthly fee) is payable on activation of your account.
Subscriptions are payable by EFT on receipt of a Invoice generated every month and 6 to 12 months (Payable in advance).
Access to the “Pocket Consultant” is guaranted within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) of having received full payment.
Paid memberships expire automatically at the end of the contracted period and can be reactived as deemed necessary.
Membership fees are not refundable as the access to the web-based services remain open until the end of the contracted period.
Memberships are not transferrable.
Memberships are priced per registered entity.
The client, as per the details filled in below, will be held responsible to ensure payments are made in full prior to receive access to the “Pocket Consultant”.

Given the volatile labour climate and context in South Africa, “The Four Oxen” cannot gurantee the realisation of desired results. Although, the recommendations
made to members, are guaranted to consider all reasonable risk factors, as well as, best and most recent practices based on experience and research. The Four Oxen”
can, however, not be held liable for any damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, based on the recommendations made by a Consultant of “The Four Oxen”.

“The Four Oxen” further reserves its right to refuse service to any individual who is deemed an undesirable client/member, as well as making changes to the above
Terms and Conditions if and when deemed necessary. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take affect within 24 hours of notifying paid-up members.
